Hope Architects produced the initial feasibility scheme and the eventual planning submission for this 108-unit scheme to the northwest of Bolton in Greater Manchester.

The scheme responded to complex site constraints, both above and below ground, and the scheme was approved in 2021. Our client, Northstone, has begun construction, and the site is now selling well.
