Rossfield Park, Ellesmere Port

This site forms “the last piece of the jigsaw” of a large urban regeneration scheme begun by our client several years before, with other parcels of the wider masterplan having been developed by other developers as time has gone by.

Hope Architects produced the detailed planning package for the scheme, consisting of 216 houses, and the planning application is currently under consideration by the Local Planning Authority.
