Keld, Barrowford

Keld is a 239-unit housing development in Lancashire. Hope Architects worked with the developer to secure a Reserved Matters approval against an existing outline permission for a wider site.

Hope Architects were responsible for design work on the site layout, preparation of the detailed planning application drawings, and the production of bespoke variations to the client’s standard portfolio (using local stone) for an area of the site fronting a conservation area.
