Hulton Park, Bolton

Hulton Park is a fantastically complicated project we have been delighted to be involved with. Our client owns the land, a registered historic park and garden, and the former site of Hulton Hall, a since-demolished stately home. Their vision is to revitalize the parkland and create a golf course and hotel to host the Ryder Cup. As part of the package of developments, there are residential parcels totaling 1036 homes. Hope Architects were appointed to masterplan the residential elements and produce Design Codes for the parcels that lie within the registered park.

Working with such a vast project team on such a complex project has been a great thrill, and we were delighted to see the application permitted at Appeal in October 2022.
